That's actually a training wound prosthetic for training troops to deal with casualties in the field. Looks like she's chilling at a MOUT training site too. Do not pass go, do not collect $200 dollars and 0 points for badassery.
I concur. No NOD mount, no unit patch, no blood on the chin strap, wearing gloves only a basic trainiee would wear. The list goes on.
