I puzzled over Hitler's photo on the accordion in #16, then I realized the woman playing the accordion is still torturing him 65 years after his death.
Fantastic to see the Welsh Guards helping celebrating with our Russian friends the victory over the Nazis. It's crucial we don't forget the friendship and alliances we had in the past and should rebuild for the future to make the world a safer place. Our shared history is a proud one and should inspire us to make for our children a proud and safe future.
Just as well they sent the Welsh Guards, they were only formed in 1915 and therefore don't have embarrassing battle honours on their colours, such as from the Crimean war…
