does any one know any detail on picture 19. i can tell that the man on the right is holding what looks to be a FAL that it.
They are Gurkha soldiers. Those daggers are called Kukri's.
Berets + Kukris + SLR = Gurkhas. IIRC the British Army took the FAL, took away the full auto mode and re-named the Self Loading Rifle.

Yep. The Gurkhas have been an integral part of the British Army for some 200 years, carrying out some of the most dangerous missions. Once they did their time, they were then paid off with a pittance and left to their own devices.
Thankfully now the Government has seen the light and has granted (some) Gurkhas the right to live in the UK.
