Coming from NZ, it's a large enough bit of grass, whether it be field, pitch, turf or paddock. Rugby ain't soccer, we ain't about being pedantic or precious.
The great culture of Ireland is filled with rebellious heroes. There not punks for wanting whats rightfully theirs!
These thugs do not represent the people of Ireland, both sides of the border!!! A united Ireland will be obtained only by the consent of the people of Ireland not through the use of arms. The republicans in northern Ireland has the opportunity to fully take part in the country’s further and have equal civil rights as the unionist, unlike the era of 1969 etc.
Of course, we cannot forget the past but we must build a future…. the people in the riots above, are a million miles away from the type calibre of the 1916 leader and post 1916 leaders such as dev and Collins.
I wonder how many of those rioting are on social welfare!!!!!!!!!!!!
