What's with the money in #5?

Maybe it's amateur money collecting on the side. When you travel the seven seas, you're bound to come across a few bills that look cool and collect-worthy
…except these aren't, they're just standard US currency.
Each bill has a signature on it though, which should be a clue.

Why do most of there helmets seem to have tape on the front and back?
I think that's reflective tape, to make them easier to see at night. Any actual fleet sailors confirm or deny?
Yep, that's right, at night, the carrier goes to red tinted lights and the reflective tape helps the handlers, plane captains and pilots keep track of and see everyone on the flight deck.

No women on boats when I was in. Just smelled like a bucket of canned ass most of the time. For real Navy times, should have more pictures of people sanding and painting things. And more mopping. Those were my fondest memories.
