Marine Blas Trevino was shot in the stomach while in Afghanistan. It took two attempts by the Army’s “Dust Off” crew after being struck by 5 rounds in the tail of their craft…but they got him. Best of luck on Mr. Trevino’s recovery and thank you to the medieval crew.

#4 he looks like he's ready to go back out and fight.
I just read about this in the paper, it said he was running faster than the uninjured Marine behind him who wanted to help him to the chopper.
70 lbs of gear < No Gear = Runner
Gut shot, you use your stomach muscles more than you think when you run.
both statements are true! No gear plus insane level of adrenaline and some serious motivation, I don't doubt he outran the other guy to the chopper.
It just goes to show, even though we trash talk each other, it’s still “One Team, One Fight”.
