out of all of these, I'm getting Arkham City and Battlefield 3. Possibly Assassins Creed, but I could just borrow that one from a friend.

For me, it's #4 and #10 for sure. Maybe #5 and #15.

I can. If IW really do away with dedicated servers again, then I am afraid the PC community will be doing away with them.
