OK, I thought it might be something like that; I hoping that the drug cartels weren't *quite* capable of pulling off that level of a civil engineering project!
Tough situation, there is a demand for the drugs that ruin people's lives in the US so the supply comes from Mexico. Money and weapons flow back down making life hell for Mexican citizens
it's that bad in mexico that they have to send the national guard to watch the border?? yikes… i'm glad canada doesn't share a border with mexico.
It's the Guard, they're the last to get anything decent.
