#20 thats most likely a SEAL. They're the only ones using the SCAR-H these days. I think a few marsoc teams might be using them, but i'm 88.5% positive this guy is a SEAL.

That would either be JTF2 or CSOR. Canadian arid cadpat uniform.
the photo came from a series of SEAL operaters in Afghanistan.
Still doesn't mean he is a seal. Cross training on weapons is often done by these guys. I could be wrong but I know the uniform very well.
