A couple RAR (Steyr AUG photos) and Navy (self-explanatory photos) are also mixed in.

very cool austraila SF thank you
Proud to be an Australian!!
Proud to be an Austrian!! =)
Austrian or Australian? Two different countries mate.
Really Austrian
..the Mountains, Skiing, Mozart, the bad guy from WW2
( and Steyr Aug..
Most of those are not of the 1st or 2nd Commando unit, SASr or of the special task force.
but still proud to have those brave men on the front line, Proud to be Aussie.
I received an e-mail wit all SASR and Commando photos last night. Then if you read the comment between photos 1 and 2, you'll see that I wanted to include some of the other deployed Aussies. "A couple RAR and Navy are also mixed in." Most of them are SF though, especially if you look at Navy boarding teams and RAR snipers from the perspective of specialized combat units.
My mate's dad is a member of the Australian SAS. He always has amazing stories to tell about his travels! So jealous! But at the same time I admire and fear his job. Cheers to the SAS for the work you do that only very few men can handle.
Looking good gents!
We aren't the only ones with badass special forces.
real cool and all, but can we get some of US SFs? I know it's hard to get verifiable pictures of them and all but not impossible.
Here's some older ones I've done: http://thebrigade.thechive.com/2011/05/01/navy-se… http://thebrigade.thechive.com/2011/05/15/heroes-…
I'm making a strong collection of Rangers, those are a bit tougher b/c many are "blending in" with locals in Afghan, and of course, I don't want to show those photos…but yes on future U.S. SF posts
I've seen both and like them. Pararescue is awesome. Thanks.
love the Aussies! my son's camp counselor this summer was from Down Under and he was typical Aussie (even though he is a Hasid): fun loving, kind hearted, patriotic.
G-d bless them all, in Afghan esp.
#44 Fun fact, that's actually a flaming sword rather than a winged one as commonly thought.
Ah? Since when champ?
Glad to know the Aussie's are on our side. Thanks Australia.
I met up with some Aussie military guys when I was deployed. Loved 'em. It's like they're ready to be friends with anyone who will be friendly to them, and don't give a rat's ass about anyone who won't.
I also met up with some Aussies when I was in Munich at Oktoberfest. Man…they know how to party. And even the ugly girls sound hot with that accent.
very cool
I trained with these guys at talisman saber. Every single solider was a professional and awesome at what the do.
#53 is CPL Benjamin Robets-Smith VC MG (Victoria Cross, Medal for Gallantry). Met him in RL. He is a man-mountain!
Proud to be 'Strayan! Thanks for putting these up, Brigade. We rarely get recognized for the (albeit small) role we play with your boys o'seas.
Proud to be a sailor in the RAN
Seeing the sailors repping it amongst our soldiers!
