ya most of us the ride in vehicles such as that are pretty much screwed, the big concern is ensuring the crew secures any loose kit, so it don't turn into a raffle box in side.
In the Army we do this training at least twice a year. Most of us take it as a joke and try to have as much fun as possible hanging upside down and trying to maneuver in a small space with limited flexibility that our body armor inhibits us with. Rollovers are no joke, this training actually helps.
Now I wouldn't say unrealistic at all. It's very realistic. If for some reason your vehicle flips in combat, You need to know how to get out in an efficient manner especially if one is under attack.
