I bet he didn't realize how close he came to not making it, until he saw the film
Damn close to an in-flight engagement.
that look more like a noob than a showoff
guarantee that's not an attempt to showoff. that's a blown landing attempt that resulted in a small miracle aided by 50,000 lbs of thrust. @ .09 it looks like his hook scrapes the deck!!
That ramp on the front means he ain't one of ours.
Looks like a Russian Mig29 on the deck of the carrier Admiral Kuznetsov.
Not a mig, looks like a Sukhoi
In the USAF I had just gotten to my first duty assignment and was on paint detail in a office in the hangers. This is during the cold war at a SAC base, with Nuclear Alert aircraft. I was watching an F15 doing touch and goes when the claxton (notification to scramble for alert) went off. The F15 was within 50 feet of landing, and he now had to clear the area. The pilot pulled back on the stick and firewalled the throttles (much like in the video). The aircraft almost came to a complete stop, sitting on the thrust from the engines and slowly started accelerating vertically. Went vertical and cleared the pattern. Most amazing thing I had seen at that point in my life.
Russians take relationships extremely seriously — additional really than americans. When you’re getting included in the russian female, the woman’s buddies along with the girl family will be an ever …Russian woman for marriage
