during Desert Storm There were many trains that went into Bayonne NJ to be loaded on the ships headed to Kuwait

  2. Shawn says:

tanks? Really? I could have sworn they were BRADLEYS

    • EasternCanuck says:

I think he's right. Bradley is the model name of the tank. Same thing for an Abrams tank. They tend to call the bradley an AFV but in reality… its a small tank.

      • @TXStrat says:

The call the Bradley an IFV, Infantry Fighting Vehicle. It is not a tank. An IFV carries dismounted infantry into the fight and provides direct fire support. A tank closes with and destroys enemy tanks, IFVs, infantry, and just about everything else through superior maneuver, fire power, and shock effect.

        Love,

        Your friendly neighborhood tanker.

  3. J_Dub says:

    so the question is;
You're a grunt on the ground in a firefight and need some serious fire support, which one would you rather have
    A. M1 Abrams
    B. M2 Bradley
    C. M1128 Stryker MGS
    D. UH-64 Apache
    E. UH-51 Cobra
    ?????????

    Answer, YES….

  4. Grant says:

The actual question should be why so many and where are they heading, those alone would destroy any opposition.

  5. tim says:
