“These are my brothers from 1st Battalion 8th Marines Weapons Co. We deployed to my home state of Louisiana in 2005 in support of Hurricane Katrina, then in 2006 as part of the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit and in 2007 to Ramadi, Iraq. These are some of the best men I’ve ever known. Some of these picture are from my friends in 1/8 who participated in the assault on Fallujah, Iraz in 2004 which was the largest ground battle since Vietnam. I served with some true American heroes. Semper Fi brothers.”
