That's a Polish Mig.
#33 is an American Marine F-86. The description is of a different plane.
The Mig's not quite as pretty as the F-86, but still a beaut. As I understand it, that white line painted on the instrument panel was where to push the stick if you got into a spin. Hold it there for three revolutions or so, and if she didn't come out, get out.
