Meet Grant Godfrey. He is just doing his job. Is it exciting, will they make a movie about him, does he even enjoy sweeping a floor while being deployed from home? Let’s just take it a step further…do you think Grant enjoys telling his friends and family that his job is to sweep the floor? Think about it. In my opinion, if everyone had to start at the bottom, we’d all have more pride in our jobs. Anyways, I’ll get off my high-horse…but I think people can find a touch of inspiration from people who just do their jobs, like Aviation Electrician’s Mate Airman Grant Godfrey of the USS Carl Vinson.
