: “This is my cousin Sr Airman 1C Nate Brookens of the Air Force. A few months after returning home from his tour in Iraq, him and his buddies went out for a drink. Doing the right thing they chose to walk home which resulted in Nate getting hit by a speeding vehicle. He then spent 3 months in a coma, He is recovering but very slowly. Nate is a huge fan of your website. It would mean the world to him to see himself on the chive.
